SHIPPING POLICY

At Wicks & Whisk, each candle is hand-poured and each bread is baked fresh with care. We want your order to arrive safely and bring warmth to your home.

SHIPPING:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

  • Delivery: We ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers. Shipping times vary based on location but typically take 2–7 business days after processing. 

  • Shipping charges: Shipping cost is to be paid in full by the customer before shipping.

  • Local Pickup/Delivery: Free local delivery near King of Prussia, PA for orders more than $25. Available upon request for customers near King of Prussia, PA.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.

Return & Exchange Policy

​​​RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • Candles: We accept returns or exchanges for unused candles in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Breads: Due to the perishable nature of our breads, we cannot accept returns.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit.

  • Custom Orders: Custom and wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable.
